Client: Deep Red Magazine
Brief: Contemporary music and arts magazine, Deep Red Magazine, is an online publication that brings expert contributions on the industry, event and artists at the height of their fame. I was invited to become Senior Editor of the publication and radio channel at its launch and have held this position since.
Solution: With full editorial control, researching stories and interviewing artists and bands to provide compelling content is a primary focus. Managing a team of freelance writers and editing contributions is important for the success of the publication, as is liaising with external PRs, record label, managers and artists.
Results: Deep Red has built up an impressive reputation for great content, timely comment, and strong visual appeal.
