Judging the CIPR Excellence Awards

Tagged: , , ,

This week brought a lovely surprise – I have been invited to be a judge for the fantastic Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Excellence Awards 2016.

The annual Awards are public relations’ most established celebration of creativity and professionalism and are designed to recognise the most outstanding PR talent across the UK.

Talking about the judging process, the CIPR said: “The standard of judging is what sets the Excellence Awards apart from others in the industry. The judging line-up features approximately 60 of the most experienced CIPR members from across the agency, public, not-for-profit and private sector divide, who review each entry and select the shortlist for each of the 29 categories.”

I’m very proud and honoured to be part of it all and, as the Awards will culminate in a very prestigious ceremony in Old Billingsgate, London, in June, I’d better also start shopping for a dress!
